DESCRIPTION
Products obtained with selected fruit without stains and imperfections at the right degree of maturation, subsequently sgambate, pitted, calibrated and subjected to candy process for osmotic dehydration in glucose syrup and sugar.

The fruits are integers or partially cut from intense colors and a sweet and strong taste.

Applications
Semi-finished product for professional uses intended for the preparation of confectionery products of pastry and bakery, for leavened by occurrence, plum cake, ice cream, semifreddi, etc., to be used and which or mixed according to good processing technique, indicated for both laboratories and for Confectionery industries.
